FileNet P8 is a secure system utilizing certificate verification. If you have the
certificate already installed on your computer and log in account already verified
then proceed to website.
You will need to download
the certificate to install to your computer one time only. This certificate is valid
for one year.
The step-by-step instructions on how to install the certificate to your computer
may be downloaded to your computer for you to read and follow.
For help you may call the Help Desk (818.548.4085) or submit an email request. A
member of the FileNet team will be available during normal business hours.
