Policy for Clubs and Organizations

Attention Clubs and Organizations:

The City of Glendale is in the process of updating its clubs and organizations database. If your club or organization is no longer listed it may be for one or more of the following reasons:

No updates (including events and agendas) in over a year.
Incomplete contact information (missing a combination of phone, e-mail, website address, street address, etc.)
Located outside of Los Angeles County.

To add your club or organization to our database please fill out the form below and fax it to 818- 543-3247 (Attn: Hermine Markosyan) or email it to hmarkosyan@ci.glendale.ca.us.
