To Contest a Parking Ticket

The California Vehicle code sets forth uniform procedures for the contesting of a parking citation issued by this agency. In order to contest a citation, a declaration of facts form must be received by the Glendale Police Department within twenty-one (21) days of citation issuance or within fourteen (14) days of the post mark of a delinquent citation notice you have received. To Contest a Moving/Traffic Ticket

Moving violations are handled through the North Central District Glendale Courthouse, 600 E Broadway, Glendale, Ca 91206, (213) 742-1928 at the traffic window. Trial hours start at 8:30 AM, Monday through Friday. Or go to the County of Los Angeles Superior Court website for more information.
