Neighborhood Services and the Committee for a Clean & Beautiful Glendale sponsor an annual Winter Holiday Decorating Program which recognizes residents and business owners who go out of their way to make their neighborhood look extra special during the winter holiday season.
Residents are encouraged to nominate their neighbors' outdoor home decorations or to even nominate their own winter wonderland. Hundreds of homes are recognized each year for sharing in the spirit of the season. Each nominee receives a &Holiday Spirit& certificate by mail.

As part of our green initiative, we will now be making a downloadable certificate available online. When available, download the file and open it with Adobe Reader. You may then enter the name of the recipient to then be printed at your home.
