The Mobility Study provides a prioritized work plan of all the "critical path" actions to implement its policy recommendations. It includes a phased implementation timeline (immediate-, short-, medium-, and long-term actions) for all downtown transportation improvements, policies, and programs, and is organized by main policy concepts.
