Community Planning Department Awards

2009

The Glendale Adams Square Revitalization Program was honored with the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) "Compass Blueprint, Honorable Mention, Futhering the Regional Vision"

2008

The Glendale Craftsman Survey Project (with Galvin Preservation Associates) was honored with the "2008 American Planning Association/Los Angeles Chapter, Planning Landmark Award, Award of Merit."

The Tri-cities American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) cooperative training program (in conjunction with the Cities of Burbank and Pasadena) was honored with the "2008 American Planning Association/Los Angeles Chapter, Planning Excellence for Best Practice, Large Jurisdiction, Award of Merit."

2007

The Downtown Specific Plan (with Zimmer Gunsal Frasca) and Mobility Study (with Nelson/Nygaard Consulting Associates) were honored with the following awards:
