North Glendale Community Plan

The North Glendale Community Plan (previously referred to as Crescenta Valley Study) will address the neighborhoods of Crescenta Highlands, Whiting Woods, Montrose/Verdugo City, Sparr Heights and Montecito Park, including Foothill Boulevard and Montrose Shopping Park. The purpose of the Community Plan is to:

Develop Design Guidelines
Review Zoning Standards
Review and Revise Comprehensive Planning Policies

On December 9, 2008 the Glendale City Council authorized a one-year public participation program to develop recommendations for the Community Plan.
