Proposed Rossmoyne Historic District
Rossmoyne is one of Glendale's most interesting historic neighborhoods, rich with some of our finest residential architecture. In April 2010, the Historic Preservation Commission considered a nomination filed by area residents to establish a historic district consisting of 504 single-family homes in the area subdivided as Rossmoyne in 1923. The Commission voted unanimously to allow the designation process to begin, finding that the neighborhood appears to meet several of the City's criteria for designation.
If you have any questions about the proposed district or the designation process, please contact Jay Platt, Historic Preservation Planner, at either (818) 937-8155 or jplatt@ci.glendale.ca.us

approved at staff level, without further review by the Historic Preservation Commission
