Nominate a property today!
This award recognizes outstanding structural or landscaping improvements that enhance not only an individual property, but also the entire neighborhood.
Various nomination criteria for GEM Awards include the following:
- Nomination must be for a residential property with no active code enforcement cases.
- Nomination should recognize curbside appeal, outstanding structural improvements that enhance the property and outstanding landscaping.
- Property Owners may not nominate their own properties.
- Tenants of multi-family dwellings may nominate the property in which they reside.
- Renters may be nominated by their landlords or by neighbors.
