Diamond Awards for Achievement in the Arts

The Diamond Awards for Achievement in the Arts is a free public recognition event where artists, arts organizations, community members and businesses who have contributed substantially to the cultural life of the community, get nominated by the public and receive recognition.

Diamond Awards are given in six categories. All nominations are reviewed by a committee of community representatives and arts professionals; recommendations are reviewed and approved by the Arts and Culture Commission. At the award ceremony the winners are honored and given an award.
