Salary Information
In determining the salaries for City of Glendale employees, the City’s goal is to remain competitive within the labor market in order to attract and retain a competitive and qualified workforce to serve the needs of our community. At the same time, the City ensures that these salaries are set in a fair and prudent manner which includes a collective bargaining process, as well as gathering information using pre-determined comparable benchmark cities.
