First Time Homebuyer Classes

The first step toward owning your own home is to attend our free Home Buyer’s Class. Get answers to common questions such as:

How much home can I afford?
How do I get a home loan?
What is my credit record?
How does it affect my ability to buy?
How do I find the right house?
How do I maintain my home once I buy it?

You will also receive your "HUD" approved education certificate required by most first time home buyer programs.
