First Time Homebuyer Classes


The first step toward owning your own home is to attend our free Home Buyer’s Class. Get answers to common questions such as:
  • How much home can I afford?
  • How do I get a home loan?
  • What is my credit record?
  • How does it affect my ability to buy?
  • How do I find the right house?
  • How do I maintain my home once I buy it?
You will also receive your "HUD" approved education certificate required by most first time home buyer programs.

Register now for our next class, scheduled for Saturday, March 20, 2010 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.  The class is free, however, space is Limited! Call (818)551-6930.
