ABOUT THE CITY OF GLENDALE’S LIVE SCAN SERVICES
The City of Glendale has been providing expert LIVE SCAN fingerprinting for the past 10 years all of our staff has been trained and certified by the Department of Justice.

Our office hours are

Mondays thru Thursdays, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Fridays, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

We do not require appointments but they are available by calling 818-550-4700.

The Live Scan fingerprinting is located on the southwest corner of Glendale Ave. and Wilson at:
141 North Glendale Ave. Suite 346 (3rd Floor)

Parking is located behind the building on Wilson Avenue in the Civic Center Parking structure between Isabel Street and Glendale Avenue.
Hours of Operation
Live Scan fingerprinting is available Monday thru Thursday form 8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m. and Friday’s 8:00 am – 4:30 pm on a walk in basis or appointments may be scheduled by calling 818-550-4700 or by e-mail COGLiveScan@ci.glendale.ca.us

Method of Payment
Payment may be made by cash, credit card (MasterCard, Visa and American Express), debit card, and checks.

What To Bring With You
In order to complete your Live Scan transaction you will need to bring with you the “Live Scan Request” form issued to you by the requesting agency or downloaded from links listed below, your choice of payment method and a valid form of government issued picture identification such as driver license, identification card, military identification or passport.
